ServicesDevelopment ConsultingOur role involves taking responsibility; sharing ownership and co-ordinating the key components from inception to completion throughout the development process in full liaison with the client. This includes site identification; site investigations; feasibility studies; development appraisals; cost plans; outline designs and statutory approvals; professional appointments; through to development funding, procurement; maximising the effectiveness of the project team and co-ordinating the project on site through to completion. This process would be followed by handover to the occupier and / or disposal of the development.
