Employers Agent

Fitzpatrick Property Consultants act as Employers Agent (Client Agent), when a "Design & Build" construction contract is used to procure the development. Discharging the developers / client duties involves managing the technical and financial aspects from inception to completion

The pre-contract role involves:-

• Providing advice at the design stage
• Producing employer's requirements and tender documentation
• Negotiating with contractors on design, specification and cost
• Ensure all statutory consents are in place
• Reviewing the contractor offer / proposals
• Preparing the contract documents

Post-contract services include managing and co-ordinating the project team to deliver the clients aspirations and commercial objectives including project delivery on site, within the pre-agreed financial limitations in accordance with the contractor proposals to a high standard of workmanship in accordance with statutory requirements.
