service from inception to completion. We fully understand that businesses still
need to function during the move management process and we can organise all
aspects of the move from finding the space, through to designing the layout and
fitting out the premises, followed by moving of staff and furniture (or
procuring new furniture) inclusive of storage and filing requirements. In
addition, we could offer advice on exit strategies from the existing premises
with regard to terminal dilapidation and service charge liabilities.
Our
services may involve a space audit of your existing premises to gain an
understanding of the company culture and working practices; space planning to
establish how much space you need; identifying suitable alternative premises if
required; procuring the building survey, access audit and due diligence for the
acquisition; obtaining statutory approvals; preparing tender documentation;
interior design; appointing a contractor and managing the fit-out through to
completion and handover; followed by removals and office management. Thereafter,
we could assist the facilities manager is putting systems and procedures in
place and generally providing an aftercare service.
Our support service can be
as limited or extensive as required by the client but our objective is always to
ensure that the client's aspirations are delivered.
