Frank is 38 years old, married with three children, aged 6, 4 and 1.
Interests include most forms of sport; travelling; sight seeing; general
socialising and spending time with his family.
Frank Fitzpatrick was born, raised and educated in Ireland. After completing
third level college in 1988, Frank emigrated to London and started employment
with a building contractor working in the commercial and leisure sectors.
In order to gain more suitable experience for professional qualifications,
Francis departed after one year to an established firm of architects and
building surveyors based in central London. Main clients included a large
property company and public transport agencies.
Due to the downturn in the property market in the early 1990's, Frank moved
after two years to a small general practice and building surveying firm in North
London. The company specialised in building surveying work on managed
residential and commercial city centre stock and residential property surveys /
valuation work.
In 1993, Frank joined a building surveying practice involved in commercial
building surveying and public sector housing projects across London.
For family reasons, Frank moved to Scotland in 1998 and joined the Edinburgh
office of Hillier Parker (now CB Richard Ellis) before setting up a building
surveying department in their Glasgow office in 1999. Following eight very
successful years, Frank embarked on a new challenge of setting up Fitzpatrick
Property Consultants.
Finally, Frank gained corporate membership of the Royal Institution of
Chartered Surveyors in 1992.
