Fitzpatrick Property Consultants see our role as injecting ownership and partnership into the design and construction process, in order for the team to operate as a single cohesive entity assisting the smooth operation and progression of the project from inception to completion. Our style is proactive and flexible but firm, with the objective of managing risk and adding value. To gain the optimum benefit of Fitzpatrick Property Consultants approach, it is preferential to be involved at the earliest possible 'greenfield / brownfield' stage, through the concept design; detailed design; statutory approvals process; procurement and delivery stages. Our philosophy would be embraced by all members of the delivery team after careful selection, in order to ensure that the client's objectives and commercial concerns are clearly understood and delivered. |
